Nagrodzki Residence

This quaint Crestline home's garden holds a special place in the hearts of TRGD's design team; So special, that they really wanted the garden to simply reflect the architecture of the home. Their greatest challenge was that the house was quite tall and close to the street. The homeowner had requested a parking area in the front of the home, but in such a tight area it proved to be very tricky. First, they sited the driveway - a circular pea-gravel drive - so that it would blend into the garden and not become a visually dominant feature. Second, they scaled down the height of the house by adding two smaller varieties of maple trees in the front. Then, the home's visual appearance was softened with Golden Delicious Apple Espaliers on both sides of the front elevation. Truly 'Appealing' according to the homeowner.
